Exchange Policy

We only offer exchange if:

  • You receive a damaged item

  • You receive the wrong product

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear pictures

  • Parcel opening video

Without opening video, claims will not be accepted.


No Return Policy

  • No returns for change of mind

  • No refunds once order is confirmed

  • Slight color difference due to lighting is not considered a defect


Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • Item is out of stock after payment

  • Order cannot be delivered

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days via bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa.


We reserve the right to refuse any claim that does not meet our policy conditions.
